Chad Hade, director - debt placement, assists in developing and implementing the overall debt capitalization strategy for the $2.0+ billion debt portfolio of LCS Real Estate. In his role, he recommends and leads financing plans for development, acquisition and recapitalization activity within the portfolio. Capitalizing on 15+ years of commercial lending and relationship management experience in the insurance and bank industries, Chad delivers on financing and servicing responsibilities for the LCS loan portfolio. Through strategic utilization of financing products, he supports LCS Real Estate in building a diverse portfolio of senior housing assets to serve seniors across the country.

Chad holds an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Northern Iowa. At LCS, he has served as the chair-elect and chair of the United Way Committee and is a member of the Extraordinary Impressions Home Office Committee. Outside of the company, Chad is a member of the executive committee of the University of Northern Iowa Real Estate Advisory Board and serves on the City of Ankeny Park Board.
