January 19, 2021

  • There is 1 in-house resident at Signature Pointe who tested positive with a COVID-19 test result. 18 new residents have been admitted to the COVID-19 unit.
  • There is 7 in-house resident at Walnut Place who have tested positive with a COVID-19 test result. 5 new residents have been admitted to the COVID-19 unit.
  • There is 12 in-house resident at Parkwood Healthcare who have tested positive with a COVID-19 test result. 2 new residents have been admitted to the COVID-19 unit.
  •  Autumn Leaves has 19 new residents admitted to the COVID-19 unit.
  • Monticello West has 3 in-house residents who have tested positive with a COVID-19 test result.

The health and safety of residents and employees is our top priority; therefore, we enhanced our internal processes and protocols at the onset of this health crisis to better protect our community. We will remain flexible as this crisis evolves to ensure we’re following the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will adapt as these issues continue to evolve, and new challenges arise. We are supporting the affected residents and providing regular updates to the appropriate local, county, and state health facilities.
