Ed Kenny, chairman and CEO at LCS, was the keynote speaker at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Center for Health Administration and Aging Services Excellence (CHAASE) spring banquet. The event, Embrace the Continuum, Developing Leaders for the Future, drew 300 students, parents, faculty, and staff.
“I found my time at UW-Eau Claire to be invigorating,” said Kenny. “The university does a wonderful job of preparing students to be leaders in the field of senior living and we are proud to be associated with such a fine academic program.”
Kenny spoke about the changing landscape of senior housing and care, including the need for the industry to collaborate with universities like UW-Eau Claire to attract and develop talented individuals to the health and aging services administration profession.
LCS has a seat on the CHAASE Advisory Board and through the LCS Foundation, provides support to the Center.
