LCS Announces Employee COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

DES MOINES, Iowa. July 30, 2021 — Yesterday, LCS announced to its employees, community boards and owners, that the company is requiring all LCE (LCS Community Employment) community employees, LCS employees who are required to travel to communities, employees traveling on LCS company business, or whose primary work location is within a community to be fully vaccinated by October 16, 2021. The company is also encouraging its third-party managed communities to adopt its vaccine policy.
