LCS Provides Enhance Support through EverSafe 360° Crisis Response Line

The latest offering from EverSafe 360°, an LCS Signature Experience, provides residents and their friends and family members with 24/7 phone access to knowledgeable, compassionate Life Care Services employees in a time of crisis.

The latest offering from EverSafe 360°, an LCS Signature Experience, provides residents and their friends and family members with 24/7 phone access to knowledgeable, compassionate Life Care Services employees in a time of crisis.

“Having the Crisis Response Line added to the EverSafe 360° program reflects our ongoing commitment of support to LCS-managed communities and ensures we’ll always have needed resources on hand during times of an emergency” said Rick Exline, LCS executive vice president and senior managing director of Life Plan Communities.

The Crisis Response Line compliments the support provided by the newly announced Emergency Response Team.

Additional benefits include:

  • Allows community staff to focus on immediate safety needs on-site while the Crisis Response Line fields questions and/or concerns.
  • Peace of mind at no additional cost. The Crisis Response Line is free of charge to communities managed by LCS.
