Expanded focus on information technology enhances service delivery

“The tech genie has been loosed from the bottle and it’s not going to go back in,” says Frank Vedder, senior vice president and chief information officer at LCS.

Vedder notes that LCS is making some pretty significant investments in several areas. These include implementing a world-class human capital management system, launching enterprise customer relationship management and sales platforms, and expanding focus on information security.
