Study supports our longstanding commitment to health and wellness

LCS has a longstanding commitment to health and wellness. Every day, we demonstrate our dedication to the needs of residents through our LCS signature experience, Health & Wellness Navigation Program. This resident-centric approach helps identify health and wellness needs, and then secures the appropriate resources.

This is why Life Care Services, An LCS Company, has been happy to support the Heartline Study, a heart health study by Johnson & Johnson, in collaboration with Apple. This study, conducted through an iPhone app, is open to adults 65+ with an iPhone.*

Why are we supporting Heartline?

  • The Heartline study is helping residents and others better understand their heart health. Participants in Heartline receive tips that also may improve sleep, fitness and overall wellness
  • Heartline participants are contributing to important heart health research.
  • The study is virtual, so residents can join and participant from the comfort of home.

We encourage residents living in communities managed by LCS who are 65+ and have an iPhone to learn more at Heartline.com/LCS.

Spreading awareness of the Heartline Study is an example of how we are enriching and enhancing the LCS signature experience, Health & Wellness Navigation Program to best meet the needs of residents. Preventative services such as fitness and exercise activities, accessing healthy food choices, and fostering a heart healthy lifestyle are important to the health of residents and this study will provide additional information and resources to the program. The Heartline study is helping residents and others better understand their heart health.
