LCS Development Success Continues at Broadview at Purchase College

More than 150 future residents attended Broadview at Purchase College’s first in-person event in more than 16 months. The senior living community on the State University of New York Purchase College campus, located in Westchester County, New York, is a partnership between LCS Development and Purchase College benefits students and older adults.

More than 150 future residents attended Broadview at Purchase College’s first in-person event in more than 16 months. The senior living community on the State University of New York Purchase College campus, located in Westchester County, New York, is a partnership between LCS Development and Purchase College benefits students and older adults.
Todd Shaw, vice president of development of LCS Development, said they sold most of their allotment of homes during the pandemic. “When the pandemic hit, we were at about 60 sales and now we’re at about 152,” Shaw said.
Slated for completion in the winter of 2022-23, the senior living community will be managed by Life Care Services.
