Joel Rosenberg Named to the 2024 Class of Future Senior Housing Leaders

LCS has announced that Joel Rosenberg, Vice President, Data & Analytics, has been named to the 2024 Future Senior Living Leaders class by WTWH Healthcare (formerly Aging Media Network). The award recognizes dynamic leaders who are laying the foundation for a bright future in care delivery and aging.
Rosenberg began his career with LCS in 2022 and rapidly emerged as a transformative leader at LCS and within the senior living industry. At LCS, Rosenberg spearheads data analytics efforts and strategy.
“Joel’s exceptional leadership has been instrumental in bringing analytics to the forefront of LCS's operations and his work is enabling solutions that will advance the senior housing industry,” said Rick Westermann, LCS SVP/Chief Marketing Officer. “Under his guidance, the data and analytics team at LCS has grown and flourished and delivered actionable intelligence that has enabled us to stay ahead in an increasingly competitive landscape.”
Rosenberg and his team’s innovative solutions include his efforts to revolutionize the sales process using machine learning, introducing a Market Viability Rating to better understand market factors affecting community performance, using data to improve resident services, pioneering AI initiatives, and promoting data governance and standardization across LCS.
In addition to his role at LCS, Joel co-founded Des Moines-based Data for Good in 2019. The organization provides free analytical services to local non-profits, helping them harness the power of their data for good. Joel leads a group of 50-plus volunteers working toward the organization’s mission.
He also served on the Global Insurance Accelerator board and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Drake University. Rosenberg graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Management Information Systems.
Rosenberg will be formally recognized during the (RE)BUILD Conference in Chicago on November 20-21, 2024. Visit Aging Media to learn more about the Future Leaders Class of 2024.
