Cypress Glen, a premier senior living community located in Greenville, North Carolina, is proud to celebrate a major construction milestone with the topping out of its expansion and remodel project. The $90 million investment marks a new chapter in the community’s commitment to serving residents with best-in-class amenities and modernized living options.

Once complete, the project will add 57 new independent living residences and introduce exciting new amenities, including an auditorium, expo kitchen, wine bar, and remodeled common areas.  Independent Living residences are scheduled to welcome new residents in early 2026, with the Dining and Auditorium building expected to be completed by May 2026.

The expansion reflects a thoughtful and collaborative master planning process between Cypress Glen, LCS Development, and their project partners: SB&A Architects, interior designer RDG Planning and Design, general contractor BLUM Construction, and investment partner Ziegler.
