The award recognizes her exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact within the senior living industry.

LCS is proud to announce that Amy Elliott, Director of Community Marketing, has been named to the 2025 Future Senior Living Leaders class by WTWH Healthcare. The award recognizes her exceptional leadership, innovation, and impact within the senior living industry.

Since joining LCS shortly after college, Amy has demonstrated remarkable career growth. Today, she leads a dynamic team of marketing professionals, driving strategy and innovation that have significantly elevated lead generation and occupancy across the LCS portfolio. Under her leadership, lead volume has increased by over 80% since 2019, and her 2024 portfolio achieved 108% of its sales goal.

Her passion for redefining senior living is clear: “I love to share what I do with others, especially when I can help shift perceptions—showing that senior living is not just about care but about community, purpose, and joy.”

Amy’s influence extends beyond corporate success. She is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership. She has served as a Communications Chair for the LCS Women’s Leadership Connection and was selected by Argentum Women in Leadership to lead panels at the 2024 and 2025 Argentum Senior Living Executive Conferences. Her thought leadership in digital marketing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has also been featured at the SMASH Senior Living Marketing and Sales Conference.

Among her many accomplishments, Amy played a key role in launching the LCS Chef of the Year competition. With celebrity chef judges enhancing its prestige, the event has provided a platform for senior living chefs to shine while reinforcing LCS’s commitment to innovation and excellence in dining to current and future residents.

“Amy embodies all the qualities this award represents: forward-thinking leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in senior living,” said Rick Westermann, LCS Chief Marketing Officer. “She has a bright future, and we are thrilled to see her recognized as one of the best talents in our industry.”
