Clarendale West End opens Marketing and Information Center for prospective residents
Clarendale West End announced its new Marketing and Information Center is now open for prospective residents. The Information Center provides an opportunity to learn more about the apartments and amenities available at Nashville’s newest senior living community including floor plans and pricing, an interactive site map, planned furniture and finishes for community spaces, and more. Clarendale West End is expected to open in the fall of 2024.
The office is located at 3212 West End Ave., Suite 200, in Nashville, and is open from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Other times are available by appointment by calling 629-266-4100.
Situated near Vanderbilt University and downtown Nashville, the community will offer 172 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments. Amenities and services will include multiple restaurant, bistro and bar options; a private dining room; a movie theater; continuing education programs; fitness equipment and group fitness classes; salon and spa; arts programs; landscaped courtyard; transportation to local shopping, events, and appointments; medical care; and garage parking.
The Executive Director of the community is Tyler Ichien, who brings 20 years of senior living operations, hospitality, and health services experience to his role at Clarendale West End. Nashville native Leslie Brown will serve as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. She brings over 25 years of sales experience, including the last four years as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Clarendale at Bellevue Place.
Clarendale West End is a partnership between LCS, Ryan Companies and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
