Dan Lahey Named to 2025 Executives to Watch List

The Senior Housing News list highlights leaders who are shaping the future of senior living.

Dan Lahey, EVP/Chief Financial and Investment Officer at LCS, has been named to the Senior Housing News 2025 “Executives to Watch” list. This national recognition highlights top leaders who are shaping the future of senior living.
Dan has been a driving force at LCS for more than 17 years, leading over 200 financial, investment, and asset management professionals who support our 134 communities and 36,000 residents. His vision and leadership have been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and resilience.
From his early days in public accounting to his leadership in establishing LCS Real Estate, Dan has continuously elevated our organization. As both CFO and CIO since January 2024, he plays a key role in guiding LCS through transformation and innovation.
