Fetner named as a McKnight’s Women of Distinction Rising Star

Elizabeth Ann Fetner, has been named to the 2022 Rising Star class in the McKnight’s Women of Distinction awards program. Fetner is a regional operations manager for LCS, the nation’s second-largest senior living operator. The Rising Stars awards category celebrates women who are 40 or younger or have fewer than 15 years of experience in the senior living, skilled nursing, or home care fields.
Fetner has served in critical roles since joining LCS in 2011. She started her LCS career in 2011 as the Associate Administrator/Administrator-in-Training at Timber Ridge at Talus in Issaquah, WA. Since then, she has served several communities in a variety of leadership roles. In each of her assignments, she has demonstrated a strong level of dedication to LCS and a strong level of commitment to serving residents and providing the highest quality care and services.
She has been heavily involved in LCS committees during her tenure including serving as Chairperson for the LCS Operations Council and co-chair of the LCS Extraordinary Impressions committee to lead the efforts of this Signature Experience. Both roles have helped her to lead the work of other LCS leaders to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements to LCS operations.
Fetner and other nominees will be celebrated May 12, 2022, during the in-person 2022 McKnight’s Women of Distinction gala ceremony in Chicago. To learn more about the McKnight’s Women of Distinction award honorees, visit the McKnight’s Senior Living website.
Fetner holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management with an Economics minor from Clemson University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida State University. She holds a Nursing Home Administrator License and is a Certified Nursing Home Administrator.
