LCS honors 20 employees for exemplary achievements during its 2023 LCS Leadership Summit

LCS, the nation’s third-largest senior living operator, has honored 20 of its employees from across the company for exemplary work and achievements in sales excellence, community support and leadership, technology support and more. The awards were given during the 2023 LCS Leadership Summit held June 5-8, 2023, in Denver, CO.
“These employees represent the best of the best among the LCS Family of Companies,” said Rick Westermann, LCS Leadership Summit Co-Chair and SVP/Chief Marketing Officer. “Each of these individuals have demonstrated an incredible dedication to serving our residents and to making our company better. Being nominated by their peers and leaders is a true testament of how others see their commitment, leadership, and teamwork.”
The 2023 LCS Leadership Summit award categories and honorees include:
SalesFIRST
Honorees in this category were recognized for their contributions and excellence in each of the components of SalesFIRST: Focus, Invest, Responsibility, Systems and Transparency.

People, Serve, Perform and Grow
These awards centered around the four key priorities for the LCS Family of Companies.

“Among all the accomplishments and honors this week, our people remain at the center of our success.” said Wendy Rus, LCS Leadership Summit Co-Chair and SVP/Director of Corporate Planning and Community Finance. “It was an honor to recognize each of these extraordinary employees - in person - to share how proud we are to have them on our team.”
In addition to the awards above, more than 90 employees with milestone service anniversaries in 2023 were also honored along with the five finalists selected to compete in the 2023 Chef of the Year competition later this year.
