CEO notes new strategies in place for next generation of employees
Focusing on internship programs, partnering with universities to offer degree programs, and exposing junior high students to the industry. These are some of the ways Life Care Services creates career paths in senior living according to Joel Nelson, LCS president and CEO.
Nelson participated in a panel discussion at the 2020 National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care Fall Conference. The panel, People: A critical component of a successful community, addressed a variety of topics regarding the labor market and senior living.
