One of the newest tools being used is AI driven lead scoring, a data-informed way to help teams better understand which prospective residents may be ready to take the next step. This approach has helped communities who are high adopters of the tool improve key sales metrics, such as inquiry-to-tour and tour-to-move-in conversions, by 150–200 basis points. Alongside predictive analytics and AI, LCS is also listening closely to resident feedback to fine-tune offerings like pricing and amenities—ensuring every decision supports a more personalized and fulfilling experience.
