Completion on Clarendale Clayton anticipated summer 2021
LCS, in partnership with Ryan Companies and Harrison Street, has announced the enclosure of the top floors of Clarendale Clayton and the building now stands at its full height of 13 stories.

LCS, in partnership with Ryan Companies and Harrison Street, has announced the enclosure of the top floors of Clarendale Clayton and the building now stands at its full height of 13 stories. The senior living community is located in Clayton, Missouri at the corner of S. Hanley Road and Clayton Road.
Clarendale Clayton will include 281 residential units, a community room on the 12th floor with access to an outdoor terrace, dining venues, a bistro, a movie theater, a wellness center, and an art studio. Covered parking, courtyards and patios will also be available for resident use. Resident move-ins are scheduled for summer 2021.
