Sagewood, a Life Plan Community featuring a resort-like setting in northeast Phoenix is nearing completion for its Phase II – the largest addition to the 85-acre senior living community since opening in 2010
Redevelopment project led by LCS Development
Sagewood, a Life Plan Community featuring a resort-like setting in northeast Phoenix is nearing completion for its Phase II – the largest addition to the 85-acre senior living community since opening in 2010 — that features 101 independent living apartment homes, new restaurants and amenities including The Links at Sagewood, an 18-hole championship golf putting course.
Sagewood’s 3.5-acre Phase II will open this spring and feature both one- and two-bedroom apartment homes as well as new dining offerings including The Owl’s Nest restaurant and lounge and expanded casual and fine dining restaurants.
The community is managed by Life Care Services, An LCS Company.
