For several years Argentum has been proactive in not only raising awareness about the senior living industry and the rewarding career opportunities it offers, but also efforts necessary to further advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in the industry. A multifaceted approach is necessary to tackle the challenge.
