LCS CFO Says Reporting Expenses Critical During Pandemic

Response to COVID-19 requires greater insight

At the beginning of the pandemic it was apparent additional expense tracking would be necessary according to Diane Bridgewater, executive vice president, chief financial and administrative officer at LCS. For that reason, LCS began classifying its COVID-19 costs into two categories: labor and all other expenses. This action allowed for greater insight of the impact the pandemic has had on operations as well as having the necessary information for reporting and funding applications.

Bridgewater shared her insights during a panel discussion at Argentum’s Senior Living Executive Conference.
