Project represents 10-year relationship with LCS Development and Life Care Services

An expansion project at Wyndemere senior living led by LCS Development was completed in November 2020. The multimillion-dollar neighborhood expansion kicked off in 2019 and includes the addition of 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments for independent living. The community is in Wheaton, Illinois, and managed by Life Care Services.

The expansion merges existing amenities to complete the community’s long-term wellness program. An indoor saltwater swimming pool, rooftop bar and lounge, and multi-purpose activity space provide new opportunities for residents to continue their vibrant lifestyles.

During the past decade, LCS Development and Life Care Services have partnered with Wyndemere to execute master planning, market analysis, design, financing and construction activities. These efforts have helped Wyndemere stay vibrant and competitive in their market.

Along with LCS Development, project partners include SB&A Architects, RDG Planning & Design, Bridge and Ryan Companies.
