Originally developed and opened in 2015, the amenity rich community includes 47 estate homes, 128 independent living apartments, 42 assisted living apartments, 37 memory care apartments, and 44 private rooms in the skilled nursing facility.

In addition to the acquisition, Life Care Services, An LCS company, will administer management for The Arlington, providing resources and support to ensure that it is an exceptional community delivering on the lifestyle promises made to its residents. LCS team members representing various departments and disciplines have been on site working with community staff to develop relationships and bring forth emphasized quality standards and best practices, as well as provide training and education on new systems being utilized.
