Residents in senior living community have the best seats in the house

Construction workers at Westminster senior living in Austin, Texas, have an audience. Residents at the community, who have named themselves the, “Third Floor Admirers,” watch the flurry of activity from their third-floor windows. In fact, the residents and workers have formed a bond. Signs of appreciation, handwritten notes and treats have been shared between the two groups.

The $115 million expansion project is being developed by LCS Development and the community is managed by Life Care Services, both in the LCS Family of LCS Companies.
