LCS Resident Family and Community Members FAQs

The health and safety of our employees and residents are our top priorities. We are taking all precautions necessary to help curb the spread of this virus across our communities. However, if your relative has any specific health concerns, please contact your healthcare provider immediately. Note, we don’t recommend you move your family member out and if you choose to do so, the resident will not be allowed to move back until we have satisfied all Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local public health and local requirements.

Each community has contacted employees and residents directly – and we will be encouraging residents to share the latest updates with their families on their website and direct communication.

Yes, we are increasing the frequency and rigor of cleaning and sanitizing common community areas, and implementing temporary visitor restrictions, including for deliveries.

We are taking every possible measure and precaution to manage and contain COVID-19 and are mandating only essential visitors to communities. Additionally, we are conducting all sales and marketing by phone rather than offering tours. We would recommend that relatives of residents use FaceTime, social media or phone calls until visitor restrictions change.
