Life Care Services Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power

Received highest score in all seven factors in independent study

The results are in.

Life Care Services was ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2019 U.S. Senior Living Study. And we achieved the highest score in all seven study factors: resident services and activities; community staff; food and beverage; new resident orientation, resident cost, community and grounds, and resident apartment unit.

“The J.D. Power award represents the voice of the senior living customer, and I can’t think of a more important voice than that of the residents we serve,” says Joel Nelson, LCS president and CEO. “We’re grateful and humbled by the honor.” Life Care Services serves nearly 35,000 seniors across the nation in more than 140 communities.

J.D. Power surveyed 3,021 residents, family members, and friends of residents living in independent living, assisted living, or memory care communities across the United States. The rankings were determined by surveys taken by residents, family members and friends of seniors living in independent living, assisted living, or memory care communities nationwide. In a very competitive field, Life Care Services scored a full 49 index points above the next-highest performing senior living organization.

The results demonstrate that Life Care Services creates an experience that can improve the resident’s life.
